Fairview Wine and Cheese is established in the beautiful Paarl area in South Africa. A vineyard and goat farm offering eminence wines, artesanal cheeses and a Mediterranean-style restaurant.
They endeavour for transcendence in all forms; each wine bottle pays homage to their ancestral history, their grapes are harvested from dryland farmed vineyards in Darling and Paarl, and their flagship cheese, the "Roydon Camembert" is a "World Cheese Awards" gold winner.
Our co-founder Matanna Katz lived and worked in New York City in 2017.
During that time she partnered with
Fairview to develop, create and execute monthly content for her and their Instagram accounts in South Africa and New York.
